Shipping policy
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Changes or Cancelations: If you need to make a change to your order, please email us within one hour of placing your order. Please note, we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to make changes to your order.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping and should arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen delays may occasionally extend shipping times.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. *Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stollen packages.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility and will not be eligible for a refund.

We will assess the situation and start a claim if needed. We are not responsible for delays from delivery services. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
